职位描述
Report to:GM / AP IT Director
Mission:
Client management
Project delivery of for the market
Overall service owner including business solution service, infrastructure service, factory, etc.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Applications and Activity Management
In partnering with the business to define scope, priority of business requirements on IT solutions. Make sure the justified business case is in place before delivering.
Be responsible for the OP of IT for the market with clear priority setting, block the funding and align resources.
Align the funding needs and get approval for IT in the market
Projects management for the top priorities of IT projects in the market
Strengthen the IT governance
Contribute to defining and fine tuning the ways of working esp Local and Regional IT.
Lead to deliver the strategy of IT defined and aligned at global and regional level.
Helps convert existing data into business insights that business leaders can use to make better decisions.
Take part in business meetings and workshops to understand the business processes and activities.
Understands cross-functional integration between key business processes (e.g. Finance, Supply Chain and Sales)
Vendor Management – sourcing the vendor; managing the vendor during the project – at the market level
Provide on going service of IT as a whole in the market.
Performs other activities as assigned by Manager.
Communication and Business Engagement
?Client service oriented
?Accountable for multiple projects.
?Escalation point for priority conflicts and project risks/challenges.
Financial Management
?Manage market IT budgets efficiently.
?Maintain a focus on accurate forecasting, enforcing appropriate approvals, creating timely accruals and cross charges.
?Communicate budget variances in timely fashion.
Team, Engagement
?Build effective local IT team and improve the engagement.
?100% quality PDP of the team on time
QUALIFICATIONS:
?Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business/Management Information Systems preferred.
?General understanding of FMCG business and processes is desired.
?Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills
?Analytical, with strong functional and data analysis skills, combined with good general problem solving skills.
?Good organization management
?Good relationship skills, with the ability to create strong relationships with business units, and regional and campus IT
?A minimum of 3 years team management experience is a must.
?Line management skills with the ability to create strong and engaged teams.
?Has basic concept on financial management.
?Strong project management skills and experience.
?Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and closure.
?Ability to maintain confidential nature related to company financial and management data.
?Team player, with the ability to understand, support and execute Mars IS strategies.
?Must be committed to provide a high level of customer service to our customers.
?Experience on customer solution strategy/roadmap development is desired.
