职位描述
Mission:
？ This role is required to engage campus team, local IT, and market business stakeholders to deliver the quality ERP (Navision) CIP (enhancements) delivery and ongoing service management.
？ Act as key resources in other projects for those solutions has interface with ERP (Navision)
？ Starting from year of 2015, leads the oneNavision (global standard Navision) deployment in Asia Pac, on top of the current existing ERP services.
Scope: China, Australia, New Zealand and Thailand
RESPONSIBILITY :
Applications and Activity Management
1. Navision function development to support business needs (like finance process improvement and automation).
2. Navision system security monitoring, including policy establishment, daily monitoring, maintain users (creation, change, termination).
3. Navision helpdesk, especially user manual preparation and providing training, support closing process (like manufacturing closing in NAV).
4. Support business solution projects. Mainly focusing on interface and solution in NAV.
5. One-Navision project leader and coordinator in China.
6. Responsible for all internal / external audits related to Navision system.
7. Bridge between Navision central team and local team for system compliance.
Communication and Business Engagement
？Accountable for and capable of managing multiple projects.
？Regular meeting with global Navision team
QUALIFICATIONS:
?Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Business/Management Information Systems preferred.
?General understanding of FMCG business and processes is desired.
?Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills
?Analytical, with strong functional and data analysis skills, combined with good general problem solving skills.
?Good organization skills, including the ability to delegate and relevant teams in business and campus IT.
?Good relationship skills, with the ability to create strong relationships with business units, and local and campus IT business area lead
?Has basic concept on financial management.
?Strong project management skills and experience.
?Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and closure.
?Ability to maintain confidential nature related to company financial and management data.
?Team player, with the ability to understand, support and execute Mars IS strategies.
?Must be committed to provide a high level of customer service to our customers.
?Experience on Navision is desired.
?Experience on working with the team out of China is desired.
