Agada, Inc., a team in the China Accelerator (中国加速) February 2014 cohort based in Shanghai, is offering a golden opportunity for someone to join us on the ground level of our startup as we begin our journey through China Accelerator!

We are an online marketplace for international medical services and are looking for an Operations Assistant Intern. This position will help us with all aspects of our business to include translations, website review and testing, marketing, and general operational duties.

Although this is an unpaid internship, you will be learning in an environment of startup entrepreneurs. The co-founders of Agada will share their broad base of knowledge with you as you support the inner workings of our startup. Our experience includes assignments in the auto, construction and website development industries; Agile/Scrum project development; Ruby on Rails; Harvard University; U.S. Army infantry; and U.S. diplomatic operations planning and execution. What you will learn from us will be worth much more than any stipend you would get.

Internship commitment: This position will begin immediately until May25, 2014 for two full days per week in our offices in Jingan District. There may be an employment opportunity at the end of the program based on performance and possible outside investment.

Job requirements:

Native Chinese (Mandarin) speaker

Strong written and oral English skills

Current university student or university graduate, any field of study

Interest in technology, health, medicine, international business

Reliable, flexible, motivated and constructive

Pro-active and self-starter but also a team player

Must have own laptop computer
