Main Duties:
1. Collect and analyze technical requirements from customer
2. Technically support to other departments, customers and suppliers.
3. Packaging study, homologation investigation, technology feasibility analysis
4. Create specification, define functionalities and interfaces for Instrument Cluster
5. Monitoring supplier to deliver functionalities according to functionality release steps, reviewing and tracking of all relevant supplier documentation.
6. Interface with test team, supplier and customer regarding. Follow up integration issues of Cluster functions and performance on tests area-bench testing, Lab testing and vehicle testing according to functionality release steps, Calibrate functional parameters for Instrument Cluster.
7. Analyze failures and prepare failure reports, prepare proposals with suppliers together to close open issues
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Electrical, electronics, automotive or related majority
3. More than 4 years experience on automotive electronic system, familiar with instrument cluster development.
4. Work experience in OEM or tier 1 supplier is preferred
5. Familiar with international standards and regulations for Instrument Cluster.
6. Capable of using CANoe, DTS, and other related tools
7. Good MS office skills: excel, word, power point, etc...
8. Self-motivation, open mind, good communication skills
9. Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak
