1 General Description:
该职位负责对产品进行测试来保证交付高质量的产品。设计，开发和执行相应的测试用例。

2 Responsibilities:
? 分析、设计并执行测试用例
? 对产品进行测试，发现问题并负责分析测试用例和需求；
? 和软件，产品支持等部门进行有效的沟通和协调，保证产品缺陷的解决。

3 Qualifications:
? 计算机/通信相关专业，本科或以上学历；
? 拥有1年以上的通信行业相关工作经历；
? 必须拥有SDH/SONET/MSTP或WDM或 OTN或数据相关产品测试经验；
? 具备linux/unix 平台使用经验；
? 具备相关测试仪表使用经验，如IXIA, Test Center，JDSU等；
? 拥有较强的问题解决能力，有能力找出创新的解决方案来解决技术难题；
? 良好的中英文口语和写作能力；
? 优秀的沟通能力和良好的团队合作精神
? 良好的学习能力
? 了解 TCL等自动化测试知识等为加分项；
? 具备客户技术支持的背景为加分项

1 General Description:
The position is to validate the product to make sure our products delivered with high-quality. You will also be involved into test case design, development and execution.

2 Responsibilities:
? Analyze, design and execute test cases.
? Validate the products, find the bugs and analyze the test case and requirements
? Communicate with SW and TEC smoothly and make sure the bug is fixed.

3 Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication or equivalent
? At least 1 year telecom-related experience.
? Must have experience in SDH/SONET/MSTP or WDM/OTN or Date products
? Have experience in UNIX, Linux
? Have experience in Test Instrument (IXIA, Test Center, JDSU etc.).
? Have strong problem solving ability and be able to find solutions of the technical problems
? Good written and verbal communication skills (in both English and Chinese)
? Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills, good team work
? Excellent self-learning ability
? Knowledge of TCL and automation test is a plus.
? Background and knowledge on the customer technical support is a plus.
