Position Purpose:
Prepare high-quality reporting & analysis of Ford & competitor sales performance in the Asia Pacific region
Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position:
1。 Lead the preparation of Ford Asia Pacific sales analysis & reporting for the regional executive management and global sales teams
2. Provide a high-quality data analysis & reporting service to cross-functional end-users
3. Lead the development & implementation of initiatives to continuously improve Ford Asia Pacific’s sales analysis & reporting tools, processes, & capabilities
4. Provide direction to the Ford Business Services team to maintain & develop the Asia Pacific industry & segmentation database
5. Manage, motivate, & develop the Sales Analysis team [3 direct reports]
Candidate Specification:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years related experience
3. Fluent Spoken and Written English & Mandarin
4. Reporting & Analysis Management experience
5. Auto industry experience is an advantage but not essential
6. Strong Excel data management & analysis, and PowerPoint presentation skills
7. Excellent communicator with the confidence & ability to prepare and present reports and analysis for senior management
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently to tight deadlines
9. Proven ability to work effectively in highly cross-functional teams
