OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Lead cross-functional and cross-companies teams to develop and implement solutions in companies in Greater China

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Innovates to make our customers more successful and drives sustainable solutions in Finance
   


2. Proactively identify areas of improvement, develop and implement plans to achieve the “we add value as one company” strategic target.
   


3. Lead cross-functional and cross-companies teams (with or without formal reporting lines) to develop and implement solutions in companies in Greater China.
   


4. Implement global / regional Finance initiatives in Greater China.
   


5. Provide professional accounting/process advice to Finance teams on Service Platform and other group companies in Greater China.
   


6. Interacts with and gains acceptance from Management and stakeholders on various initiatives.
   

RELATEDQUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics
   


2. Professional Accounting qualifications (CICPA, ACCA or equivalent)
   


3. At least 8 years professional experience; Big 4 experience preferred
   


4. Developed in Drive Innovation, Collaborate for Achievement; Communicate Effectively, Drive Sustainable Solutions and Act with Entrepreneurial Drive.
   


5. Strong conceptual, presentation and report writing skills.
   


6. Good Chinese and English speaking & writing skills.
