Responsibilities:
- Ensure the process is in control and quality/reliability of product meets expectation
Implement Quality Control Plan / tool
- Monitor Test Yield (both process and test product) and understand the key yield losses, Sustain and improve yield through continuous yield improvement activities / projects
- Provide the necessary production support
- Establish team(s) to work on continuous improvement projects
- Reduce cost through continuous cost reduction effort, Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs
- Ensure effective and efficient risk management strategy
- Work with Purchasing to identify critical suppliers and develop 2nd souring strategy if necessary
- Define, develop and establish process capabilities, strategy and road map
- Maintain a matrix on process capabilities and constraints
- Develop a strategy to develop new capabilities or to overcome the identified process constraints
- Work with material / equipment suppliers to develop new material / capabilities
- Work with Process/test engineering counterpart on enchmarking
- Work with cross function department to improve OEE.
- Develop new capabilities ahead of needs
- Work with material / equipment suppliers to develop new material / capabilities
- Coach and mentor process, test engineering team to improve engineer's work standard, build solid team with high team moral and exceed customer expectation.

Qualification:
- Bachelor degree and above
- Major in engineering.
- Year of service experience > 10 years with 5 years management role.
