Responsibility
1 Responsible for timely and accurately preparation and submission of HFM financial statement.
2 Assist each cost center owners in developing an accurate / substantiated production budget to ensure the departmental budget is in line with the company’s overall budget. Analysis each department actua·l result with budget on monthly basses and follow up with any major discrepancy.
3 Providing the related suggestion for cost reduction and control.
4 Lead the yearly cost reduction project. Working with various departments to identify cost reduction opportunities.
5 Setup Company’s quotation procedure, act as a goalkeeper for all new quotations of company’s products.
6 Responsible for preparing monthly reconciliation file for all the balance seet items on HFM Financial statement. Investigate for any un-reconciled items.
7 To formulate about cost, asset, material etc. According to the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, study out fit for JV and feasible way for cost practices.
8 Interface with joint venture partner and local authority including tax, audit, customs, foreign currency administration, and other related government bureaus to ensure compliance with government regulations;
9 Ad Hoc duty assigned by management.


Requirement
1 Financial specialized college graduate or above
2 Financial related experience 7 years or above, 3 year managerial or supervisor experience in multi-national manufacture company. CPA is preferred. Solid experience in cost accounting and budgeting
3 Good communication and presentation skills, fluently in Mandarin and English on both writing and speaking.
4 Fluency in English communication
