Responsibilities：

• Communicate APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) strategy for implementation of Supplier Engagement Process (SEP) to Program Steering Team (PST) and External NTEI(NewTooled End Item) supply base to gain alignment in support of APQP requirements.

• Develop STA resource plan to manage the program and obtain concurrence from STA Leadership.

• Drive Priority supplier selection using GPDS Priority filter, facilitate concurrence with PD (Product Development) and Site STA (Supplier Technical Assistance).

• Prepare and communicate appropriate reports to Site STA and Program team (Refer to STA Program reporting requirements).

• Drive improvement in part quality at Launch through on-time completion of run at rate, Phase 1, 2 & 3 PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) using OTG meetings.

• Manage program specific GPDS integrator requirements including rating assessments, uploading of key documentation (Schedule B, conformance Plan, etc.)

• Support NML (New Model Launch) Stop Build Summary reports w/corrective action for all Supplier Manufacturing Quality (SQ) issues

• Support FCPA (Ford Consumer Product Audit), VOCF (voice of Customer Fleet),Campaign Prevention/Fresh Eyes, Hard Rocks, White Board reviews and drive compliance to AIMS metrics for all Supplier Quality manufacturing issues.

• Support development of “Purchasing 2-Pager” including monthly updates and input.

• Develop Transition plan for launch team exit in order to achieve adequate hand off to STA Resident Manager.

• Drive resolution of supplier manufacturing issues in achieving external supplier GFCPA(Global Ford Consumer Product Audit) targets on new model.

• Support development / continuous improvement of processes to manage suppliers during launch to enhance department effectiveness and enable robust launch.

• Assist in developing the Lessons Learned <FSR> paper along with the Program Team

• Develop manpower plan for managing the program and launch support.

• Manage STA Program Engineer task priority conflicts.

• Prioritize STA Program Engineer training and provide performance feedback through the Performance Review process. Develop and improve the capabilities and effectiveness of STA Program Engineers.

Qualifications：

• Bachelor of Science / Engineering or academic equivalent
• Be proficient in English when working with global teams
• Advanced experience in the use of Quality Tools and Project Management
• Knowledge of Ford Systems
• Strong communication, inter-personal and team building skills
