目标/基本职能
Objective/ Primary Function
1. 制定达尔凯(中国)及其子公司的宏观人员发展策略;
Be responsible for the development of talent development and management strategies.
2. 根据公司的目标策略,计划、设计、发展、实施人员发展项目。
Design, develop, and implement people development programs as related to current practices, legislation, employee surveys, and fulfillment of organizational needs to support the company's goals and strategy.

在达尔凯(中国)开展以下人员发展相关工作,并在以下方面对其子公司进行指导、监督与管理:
Be responsible for the following issues in DCEM, and supervise and manage the issues below in subsidiaries.
1. 培训计划管理 Training plan:
(1) 根据业务发展需要和管理层要求,通过培训需求调查、岗位分析、绩效考核以及与部门经理的定期沟通,及时准确的发现培训需求;
Identify training and development needs according to business needs and management requirement, through training needs surveys, job analysis, performance appraisal and regular consultation with department heads.
(2) 基于业务发展战略和人员发展需要,制定长短期培训计划,并及时追踪和反馈培训计划实施情况;
Develop short-term and long-term training plan based on business strategies and development needs. And follow up the deployment of training plan.
2. 培训预算及费用管理 Training budget & cost management:
(1) 根据培训计划,制定培训年度预算;
Develop annual training budget based on training plan.
(2) 控制和管理培训成本,定期与财务部进行确保其在年度预算范围内。
Manage training cost: considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
3. 培训课程与实施管理 Training course management:
(1) 根据组织和个人发展需要,设计和开发相关培训课程,管理和参与培训课程、课程手册、课程大纲以及其他相关培训资料的开发;
Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs. Manage and participate in the training courses, handbooks, course outlines, and other materials.
(2) 教授或组织实施技术培训和人员发展课程;
Conduct or arrange for ongoing technical training and people development classes for employees.
(3) 开发和管理内部讲师团队和外部培训课程供应商;
Source, liaise with and manage internal trainers and external course providers.
(4) 管理培训和人员发展的日常事务;
Manager routine issues related to training and people development function.
4. 培训考核与效果评估 Training evaluation:
(1) 对培训学员进行考核;

学士学位。

1. 人力资源管理, 尤其是在培训和人员发展领域;
Proficient knowledge and skill of human resource management, particularly in training and people development.
