Main Tasks and assignment主要工作职责
Main Tasks and assignments are statements outlining the required end results of a role. They are made up of what results are expected (output) and how these are achieved (input).
Project: Select the right supplier according the Supplier and Material Strategy through request of quotation.
Coordinate technical workshops to reach the targeted cost,
Follow-up of the deliveries to reach the TTM during the project until the machine is in the series phase.
Modifications: communicate the modification to the supplier and negotiate the price increase;
Follow-up the delivery of the parts until the part is homologated.
Requirements任职资格
University graduate with major in purchasing or related topics
> 28 years
5 years experience in purchasing work,
Good understanding of Purchasing GFAC processes and GF guidelines,
Supply Chain Management ability,
Project Management ability,
Technical knowledge to be able to coordinate technical workshops.
Is highly committed and shows self-initiative,
Sees opportunities in challenges,
Balances costs and benefits prior to making decisions,
Is able to work under pressure, shows perseverance also in difficult situations,
Is loyal to colleagues, superiors and the company,
Can handle criticism,
Despite good results, critically checks the status quo and tries new ideas,
Knowledge of MS office; SAP MM/PP
Normal working hours, overtime when needed, business travels up to 1 week.
