职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
? Ensure the implementation and application of agreed upon HR directives, policies, processes, systems and programs throughout the local legal entity and strives for best practices in the standardization, harmonization and alignment of local HR activities.
? Provides support and guidance to the relevant local management thus enabling them to contribute to the talent management agenda including participation in the Group Personnel & Organization Conference (POC) process with the Country Council.
? Manages labor law/litigation in close collaboration with the Head of HR China and Law and Patents ensuring adherence to applicable laws and group rules.
? Supports organizational changes (restructuring, mergers, acquisitions and divestments) providing appropriate solutions to the business from the HR perspective.
? Collaborates with HR//Expert recruiting for HR marketing/employer branding needs.
? Support local management in communicating HR issues properly to employees and employees' representatives by means of standard instruments (e.g. on-site print; intranet channels).
? Counsels and supports business managers in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues; e.g. disciplinary actions incl. face-to-face meetings with managers/employee/trade union representatives, application of early retirement programs with execution of individual cases, lay-off employees incl. negotiation of severance payments.
Qualifications & Experience:
? Preferably a university degree our equivalent, especially with the main focus on Human Resources
? Capability to work in a multicultural environment an advantage
? Take a strong stand with management if required
? Good communication skill
? Proactive attitude, can work under pressure
? General business acumen
? English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written
