职位描述
Responsibility
1.Develop, implement and monitor the implementation of compensation and benefit related policies and procedures in order to ensure complies with Molex C&B strategy, regional policies and all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards including resolve compensation & benefits issues
2 Annual performance review & salary adjustments
3 Review & modification of the incentive program(short-term, long-term incentive plans); stock option exercise; as well as reviewing of the other benefits schemes for the employees.
4.Compile、 review, analyze and interpret salary and benefits surveys, determine Molex's strengths and weaknesses and make recommendation to management to ensure internal equitable and external competitiveness. 5.Perform cost/benefit analyses on compensation programs, effect of promotion increases, pay structure movements, merit increase program and develop more cost-effective compensation programs.
6.Conduct job evaluations, and develop a competitive job, salary structure and career development plan; Consistently ensure that the structures are equitable and competitive.
7.Coach and advice line managers on handling people issues especially in terms of poor performance and breaches of discipline to manage potential legal risk.
8.Implement corporate CSR plan
Requirements
1:Bachelor Degree / professional qualification
2:At least 8 years C&B experiences in MNC including 2 years and above managerial experience
3:Computer skills /English skills /Professional knowledge of C&B function:
4. Be familiar with Legal Law and Regulations
5. Communication skills/Drive for result/Change management/Deliver Commitment
6.Manage Execution /Motivate Team
