Company Background:
HMC is the leading solution provider of first-rate loyalty membership programs for the hospitality and premium leisure related industries, headquartered in Newport Beach, California, with regional headquarters in Asia, Europe, etc. HMC works with more than 800 premier hotel and resort clients around the world to develop loyalty programs that generate long-term relationships with customers in local markets to produce incremental revenue.
China Business Development Manager based in our Shanghai office.
Reporting to the Vice President of Asia Pacific, the Business Development Manager will lead our continuing rapid growth in China. This person will play a critical role in developing existing and future relationships with strategic partners.
Requirements:
-A strong background in marketing, sales and sales management in the China hospitality industry.
-An excellent understanding of business etiquette and relationship building with a strong passion for building win-win relationships.
-Ability to identify, recognize and negotiate profitable contracts
-Keen marketing insights and a passion for developing deals from start to finish
-Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment, Extremely self-motivated
-BA or BS is required, MBA a plus
-5-7 years high-level sales management experience
-Must be articulate in spoken & written English and Chinese
-Must have a high degree of comfort working, dealing and negotiating with middle & senior management, both Chinese and foreigner.
-Must be prepared to make frequent independent travels without any restrictions in his/her travel schedules
Salary package includes base plus incentives/bonus, at a level appropriate to the position and the candidate's knowledge and experience.
