3. Initiatives summary and evaluation

4. Other level events support per conference organization perspective

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree and above

2. 2+ year’s event organization experience in same size or bigger size company or 1+ years working experience regarding on event planning/execution in advertising agency

3. CET-4 with good English skill in writing and reading

4. Excellent communication skill

5. Basic Microsoft office skill

6. Strong team work spirit and sense of responsibilities

7. Willing of frequent travel

8. Independent work ability

9. Ability of complicate problem solving

10. Ability of multi-task processing
