PRODUCTION MANAGER
This is a power management company provides energy-efficient solutions .

Key Responsibilities:
? overall manager production team and process engineering team to fulfill the required targets
? be responsible of the efficiency, quality, cost and safety of the production to meet the company’s target
? indentify and implement leaning project for production
? responsible for continuous improvements on workshop efficient, cost, 5S
? monitor and implement the standardize management for the production, make sure the manufacturing capacity meet the requirement of the production
? find and use the advanced manufacturing technology, equipment and fixture in the production to upgrade the manufacturing ability, reduce the manufacturing cost
? follow up the new product launch, ensure pilot run and mass production of the new product smoothly and then meet the requirement of marketing
? be responsible of the maintenance and management for the factory facility
? ensure the safety and smooth operation
? conduct related incentive program; work out the training plan for the employees and implement it

Key Requirements:
? bachelor degree in mechanical or industrial engineering, or other related discipline
? over eight years experience in workshop with implementation on lean projects
? must be fluent in both Mandarin and English languages
? SAP experience is a plus
