职位描述

Major Area of Responsibilities:

Create technical design concepts of the Mechanical design and implement using standard tools/templates
1.Create design proposals to elevator, cars system as response to given specification
2.Create Ideas of new designs
3.Develop concept or prototype
4.Finalize the design

Create and maintain technical documents and design drawings of Cars designs for project/CR specification and plan according to KONE standards
1.Hoisting calculation data support
2.Elevator level configuration
3.Bill of Materials
4.Technical data for sales and maintenance
5.Product configuration data for SAP VC
6.Related plan ( reliability test plan, implement schedule, resource, costs)
7.Response time to solve acute problems
8.Support CR cycle time (C0 - C5)
9.Product cost reduction index
10.Early Failure Rate (EFR)

Engineering support to related dept. e.g. Sourcing , Feedback Team, Factory, Quality, SQM, Front Line, etc.

Provide change proposals and manage the change actions for Quality improvement, cost saving and Offering improvement of the products.

Other duties as assigned and requested in PCM(Product Change Management)

Requirements:

Education Background:University degree or above, major in mechanical design or equivalent
Experience:Experience in related field is priority.
At least 3 year work experience in Mechanical field
Skills, Proficiency:
Good communication skill both in Mandarin and English (written) is must;
Mechanical design skills are must (Microsoft Office, Pro/E, Auto CAD, etc.);
Experience of Elevator field is preferred ;
Experience of Elevator mechanical components selection and knowledge on Elevator Mechanical industry is preferred;
Experiences of FMEA, Engineering change process, Product Development at global company is preferred;
Explicit and honest attitude;
Collaboration, Execution, Decision Making, Winning together, Customer Focus and Analysis and problem solving Competence.
