工作职责
?总监差旅安排，包括填写差旅申请，预订机票/火车票，酒店等相关事宜；
Director travel arrangement, including travel application, air/ train ticket booking, hotel reservation, etc.
?整理分类需签字的文档呈交总监批准；
Process the files to directors for signing;
?帮助总监对一些文件资料或邮件进行翻译;
Translate some important document or mails for directors;
?对总监的各种费用 (差旅, 手机费, 车贴费)进行报销.
Transact expenses reimbursement, including travel, mobile telephone, vehicle subsidy
?接待外来访客, 引荐其与总监会面
Welcome and recommend the visitors for the interview between visitors and E&T directors.
?按照要求组织并安排每周的部门例会及安排日常会议;
Dept. weekly meetings and schedule meetings based on requirement
?为新员工、支持人员办入职离职手续；
Transact on-board procedure for the new-comers;
?积极严格按照公司办公室员工文具配备的原则进行本部门的文具申请及管理；
Apply and manage stationery properly according to the staffs' stationery outfit rules;
?部门考勤管理；
Department attendance management;
?部门差旅计划管理；
Department travel schedule management;
?电话会议预订中心的管理；
Conference call booking management

任职资格
?全日制本科及以上学历；
Bachelor's degree is required;
?1年以上相关工作经验；
1 year above related working experience;
?良好的团队协作精神，与各层级和各种文化背景具有良好的沟通能力；
Highly team spirit and communication skills with various hierarchy levels and different cultural background;
?良好的英语能力，通过英语四级；
Fluent English skills is required; CET-4 is must；
?熟练掌握办公系统软件。
Proficient MS Office skills.
?良好的逻辑思维和报告写作能力。
Well logic thought and be good at do report.
?细心以及良好的执行力。
Circumspective and highly implementation.

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd. Nanjing Company (CFMANJ), established in February 2005, is a three-party joint venture with prestigious Chinese and overseas automotive bands namely Changan, Ford and Mazda. The company locates in Nanjing Jiangning Economical & Technological Zone with a construction area of 190,000 square meters. The assembly plant will have an initial annual capacity of 160,000 vehicles, which will be fully integrated to support 4 manufacturing processes of Ford and Mazda products: stamping, body assembly, paint and final assembly.
