Acts with customers and service providers to ensure satisfied customers and proper provision of logistics services.
Primary duty is to ensure highest level of quality order fulfillment through order receipt to product delivery to the customers.
Contact internal/ customers to get estimated delivery plan and arrange pre-delivery preparation.
Work includes prompt and accurate postings, problem resolution
Be as the key contact person between warehouse and transporters. Monitor stock, warehouse and transportation daily performance. Handle complaints and conduct investigation. Communicate with cross function team and work out solution, corrective measures and prevention plan;
Timely and accurately complete logistics expense report and expense verification in line with contract. Be able to do necessary statistics, cost analysis and initiate cost effective solution;
Ensure transportation, warehouse management in line with requirements of ISO. Also ensure all the related process and documentation is in compliance with government regulation
Follow up to fulfill company supply strategy


Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year logistics experience
Good market knowledge in logistics for road / rail / terminal / marine
Inventory Management knowledge
Language:
-Fluent English both in spoken and writing
High demand of analytical and organizational skills, willing to take challenge and a team player
