职位描述：
1.与业务团队一起收集，分析和汇总电子商务平台的需求和运营的流程
2.识别关键的业务需求并提出对应的提案，满足业务团队对成本和时间的期望
3.熟悉电子商务平台的核心业务，与架构师和开发团队密切合作，并能给出业务上的指导
4.能够为业务团队讲述电子商务的核心模块和关键流程，并提出持续改进的建议
Job Description:
1. Business requirement collection, analysis and summary, cooperate with business team on the E-commerce platform setup and operation.
2. To identify necessary of requirement and delivery rationalization proposal to company by evaluating cost and timeline
3. To provide professional consultant for E-Commerce platform and cooperate with architect and development team;
4. To present completed E-Commerce module and concept to company and provide continuously improving suggestions refer to collected comments.

职位要求：
1.IT相关专业本科以上学历
2.至少5年以上IT相关工作经验，2年以上项目管理的经验
3.熟悉B2B或者B2C电子商务平台，3年以上电子商务平台相关工作经验
4.熟悉需求收集，分析和汇总相关的工具和方法
5.具备软件产品的定义，计划，跟踪和培训相关的能力和经验
6.良好的沟通和协调的能力，具备较强的逻辑性思考和分析的能力
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor or above degree holder in information technology;
2. At least 5 years IT experience including 2+ years project management experience;
3.Familiar with B2B or B2C e-commerce or system platform and e-commerce operation experience in different modules such as e-order, e-payment, e-logistic, SCM, CRM and service tracking;
4. Experience in business requirement collection, analysis and summary, products planning, definition and training.
5. Good knowledge of proposal writing including requirement and solution documents;
6. Good communication and coordination skills, good at logic thinking and analysis ability;
7. Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
