Responsibilities:

ü Responsible to design and revise the company compliance policy and procedure based on the organization framework, while remaining consistent with overall compliance strategies for China;

ü Lead or conduct internal & external investigations，detect compliance misconduct by reviewing events and expenses related documentations;

ü Conduct risk assessment , provider related report to the management and timely follow up on remediation actions to ensure prompt identification of new major compliance risks and appropriately management;

ü Perform compliance monitoring work to all business operation according to the company’s compliance policy as well as external laws and regulations;

ü Support delivery of Compliance training & education during various communication channels by working closely with other key functions (sales training, compliance training team, etc.) and provide guidance and advisory day to day to internal customers including the sales marketing departments;

ü Attend to any other compliance work related assignment.

Qualifications:

§ Bachelor degree or above, Law/Accounting/ auditing majors;

§ 5+ relavant work experience,familiar with the pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutical compliance;

§ Analytical and creative personality and can think through processes and find solutions;

§ Good at communication and coordination to deal with different levels of management within the business;

§ Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
