职位描述

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordination between sales, finance, Supply chain on internal equipment selling SOP process, including Contract management.

Coordination with different team on sales proposal review and approval.

Sales related data analysis by requirement as well as the report preparation.

Work with the sales team on sales forecasting and direct Sales report assembly.

Roll out CRM system, improve and develop according to the business requirement.

Customer data maintenance in CRM system.

Coordination in Dept's internal meetings.


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB

Experience in multinational company in sales admin, working experience in medical device is highly preferred.

Good adaptation, work under pressure.

Commitments with a high sense of urgency.

Problem solving skills.

Planning and organization skills, Creative thinking.

Strong communication skill, team player.


EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's Degree or above in related area.

Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Proficient computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
