JOB OBJECTIVES:

Ensure consistent and quality services are provided subject to payments be paid at right time with correct amount and in compliance with group guideline and local regulations.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collect & review documentations for Foreign Exchange related payment before payment execution;

2. Prepare weekly Foreign Exchange payment list;

3. Review and ensure accuracy of weekly payment proposal;

4. Issue bank instructions, obtain authorization signatures & code to ensure payments are settled on timely base;

5. Follow-up payment rejection from banks with local company & BASC AP;

6. Conduct very urgent payments and ensure timely settlement, ?

7. Review bank accounts for timely clearing and follow up with responsible colleagues includes local AP, GA and BASC TR;

8. Collect & scan bank statements, bank slips of bank charges, interest expenses & revenue for BASC TR posting;

9. Update overdue payment report monthly and distribute to the respective responsible colleagues in order to successfully clear up overdue payments as early as



REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance & Accounting related major;?????

2. At least 2-3 years working experience in Finance & Accounting related work.

3. Speaks and writes fluent English

4. Familiar with MS office, Excel

5. Experience in FX payment process is plus
