JOB OBJECTIVES:
The position is responsible for the implementation of Generic, S&M and leadership training programs and support the improvement of these programs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support the program manager to identify training needs.
2. Support the design, maintenance and updating of the training system
3. Support the updating of training programs in responsible areas
4. Work with vendors, internal/external trainers and other team members to ensure on-time and quality delivery of training programs
5. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the programs implemented
6. Analyze the training record and data
7. Involve in key T&D project development and implementation
8. Take ad-hoc projects or support initiatives related to Training & Development when necessary
9. Involve in team effectiveness review and improvement
REQUIREMENTS:
1. University degree and above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or relevant disciplines
2. At least 5 years' experience of Human Resources practices in multi-national enterprises, especially in training related areas
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal understanding, team working and customer focus
4. Good presentation skill
5. Sensitivity to details
6. Proactive and positive work attitude
7. Highly committed to responsibilities and objectives
8. Fluent in English language, both oral and written
9. Excellent command of PC (MS-office) skills
