Job description

1.All areas of the company include Incoming quality, process quality, and product quality. 工作职能范围涵盖公司的每一个区域,包括进货质量、过程质量和最终产品质量;
2. Set up, maintain, execute, and continuously improve the quality management system 建立、维护、执行和改进质量体系;
3.Ensure the quality system is effectively implemented through whole organization. Conduct internal audit to identify the points of improvement, report to management team the major nonconformities, and take immediate actions to correct.确保质量体系在全公司的有效贯彻实施。通过内部审核发现改进点。向管理层回报重大的不符合项,并采取立即措施进行纠正;
4. Ensure documentation for incoming inspection, process control, and final inspection are in place, and could be used by quality employees effectively and efficiently. 确保进货检验、过程控制以及最终产品检验的文件齐全,并能有效地运用到员工的工作中;
5. Ensure incoming inspection, process control, and final product inspection are properly done, and only quality parts/products can come to next step. 做好产品的进货检验、过程检验和最终检验,确保不合格产品绝不流向客户;
6. Ensure all inspection instruments are calibrated timely, and measurement system is capable of carrying any inspection properly;确保所有的计量器具能按时校准,测量系统能有效地运用到相应的测量中。
7. Collect and analyze the quality data, report to management team the quality trend of the company. 收集和分析质量数据,并向管理团队回报公司的质量趋势;
8. Identify the training needs for department employees, and execute training activities as necessary, to ensure employees can work at a high standard. 为确保员工能在高标准下工作,识别员工的培训需求并在必要时部门内对员工进行培训;
9.Ensure a clean, easy, and safe environment for employees (Safety and 5S).为员工营造一个整洁、安全及易于工作的环境(安全及5S);
10. Other tasks as assigned by your manager. 其他由您的上司布置的工作

Requirements


1. Bachelor or master degree, major in mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering,机械或机电一体化专业本科或硕士毕业;
2. Good command of English, can use English as working language, can listen, read, speak and write in English fluently. 良好的英语读说听写能力,流利地使用英语作为工作语言;
3. 5 years experience in Automotive or Machinery Company, work in quality function. 5年以上汽车或机械工厂的质量管理工作经验;
4. Quality manager experience in a muti-national automobile company or machine tools company is a plus based on above experience; 在以上工作经验的基础上,如有跨国汽车企业或机床公司质量经理经历的候选人将会优先考虑;
5.Understand well the lean concept, and has knowledge of 6 sigma is a plus. 能很好地理解精益生产的理念,有6 Sigma 知识的优先;
6. Operate well the MS Office functions. SAP R/3 is a plus熟练使用办公软件。能熟练应用SAP R/3优先。
