任职要求：
1、有智通、前程无忧、卓博人才网工作经验者优先考虑
2、大专以上学历，人力资源管理或理工科专业，有1年以上企业职员招聘工作经验；
2、掌握一定沟通、面试技巧，对人才的选、育、留、用有一定认识；
3、性格开朗，积极主动，为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨，具有较好的语言文字表达能力。
