Position Summary
Supervise Cross-functional Teams of CAD & CAE & CFD Engineer, Manage the product design team,
Oversees the whole CAD System in TTI FC Asia Engineering Team


Key Responsibilities

? Monitor CAD Teams to develop engineering products design plan
? Plan and manage multiple projects of moderate to major scope
? Project follow-up from start to mass production
? Coordinate with project teams, oversea team and OEM teams for the improvement of product design
? Trouble shooting during product design term
? Work according to policies and procedures set by TTI
? Complete Engineering documents required for product development
? Supervise a Team of around 15 Engineers
? Communicate with oversea teams for the project status issues

Person Specifications
List the key qualification required or preferred for the candidate (examples shown below)
? A recognized Engineering degree from University
? At least 10 years relevant working experience in Engineering field
? Good communication, listening and interpersonal skills
? Good writing and speaking in English.
? Proficient in using Cero 3D modeling and mechanical design
? Knowledge in Cero Top-Down Design Methodology
? Experience in PTC PDM Link Product Data Management
? Analytical mind

Position Summary
Lead to complete electrical Appliances Project 3D&2D Croe file building and Engineering Design
Key Responsibilities
? Proficient in building Croe 3D & 2D files
? Lead team members internal and external to complete Mechanical design and review their work
? Communicate with project teams and OEM design teams in project detail design phase
? Coordinate with project team and OEM design team to analyze and solve problem in product development phase
? Work according to policies and procedures set by TTi
