The project qualification manager provides technical leadership and accountability for all qualification aspects in the delivery of capital projects. The successful candidate will be a member of the project core team and will ensure commissioning and qualification execution activities are in compliance with relevant company policies and regulatory guidelines. Following project completion, this position will transition to a site-based role and be responsible for qualification planning and execution for existing assets in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Job Required Competencies
Experience as a qualification leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
Professional knowledge of Quality assurance and Quality control in a cGMP environment.
Project management skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Experience with Quality risk management or similar experience.
Technical knowledge of the design and operation of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Solid experience with manufacturing industry and support equipment is essential; working knowledge of manufacturing process systems is required.
Must have excellent organizational, communication, personal work management and writing skills.

Skilled in reading professional materials
Good listening, speaking and writing English ability
Chinese, English on negotiation level.

Computer skills
Familiar with computerized systems
Skilled in using Office software, Ex. Word, Excel, Project
Skilled in using Auto CAD
