Report to: Director, Engineering Department

Location: Shanghai

The building service team is consisting of the HVAC, Fire Fighting/Plumbing and black utility engineers. As functional manager of the building service engineering team

Responsibility:

*Strategic and Operational Management of the building service engineering team.

*Maintain building service engineering excellence, monitor team number performance and oversight of building service team activities.

*Support engineering director assign the discipline engineer to project on schedule and competence

*Team buildup: recruit and development talents that are aligned with business strategy and meet project needs

*Develop core competence in building service discipline design, procurement and construction management by providing or coordinating training for the team.

*Develop and improve processes, work instruction, specification and guideline that are critical to product development according to external and internal regulation and standard

*Build a good work environment including knowledge and tool sets.

*He/She will be also assigned to project teams on request.

Qualification:

*Education : Bachelor degree in HVAC or Utility major required

*Strong HVAC system design knowledge of pharmaceutical, life science, chemical industry and R&D lab are required. Have also electronic and manufacture experience better.

*Familiar with Chinese local GB codes, ASHRAE, ISPE, FM, LEED international codes and standards on HVAC& Utility systems.

*Chinese national register HVAC or Utility engineer is preferred.

*Job experience: at least 15 years EPCM working experience with 4 years above people manager experience.

*Strong communication and coordination skill, good team cooperation and management competence,

*Excellent people skill and problem solving skill

*Excellent English communication ability (verbal and written) and technical communication ability
