公司资料：Our client is the world top 500 companies, mainly for security system and smart home products, have independent research and development center in xiamen.

Responsibilities:
1.Focus on China domestic B2C Wireless HA (Home Automation) market.
2.Familiar with O2O(Offline to Online), e-business model & market promotion (like XIAOMI, Taobao)
3.Understand of major market drivers, define the product strategy and roadmap
4.Analyze the competitor’s product and guarantee the product and strategy is competitive. Monitors competitor portfolios, IP, quality, acceptance, technological moves
5.Define global price/feature positioning for HA product, recommends portfolio modifications and market allocation changes
6.Monitor market size, market shares by product, by ratings, by channel - history tracking, and market prices by product, by channel
7.Identify opportunities by market segments, channel and product lines (white spot analysis)
8.Feedback market requirements to production units/R&D to ensure that they are being considered in product development.
9.Help sales & market to achieve the business plan
10.Analyses product portfolio profitability, both short and long term, manages the product life cycle.

Requirements:
1.E.E. or IT Bachelor, technical background, with Solid experience in wireless home automation (Zigbee prefer)
2.3+ years of experience in a job in the Home Automation market. Preference to the candidate who has HA marketing & sales experience.
3.Good PPT, presentation & communication skill in both Chinese & English
4.Excellent teamwork skills, strong personality and communicator
5.Proven ability to influence customers & cross-functional teams without formal authority
