样品管理员 （东莞）

工作职责：
1、收到包裹之后，认真仔细的核对每个包裹并向跟单员核对收到的包裹样品信息是否与要求的信息一致
2、在每个样品上正确清晰的注明使用说明标签
3、验货工具发放，收到验货员的电话或邮件要求后，及时准确的发放需要的验货工具
4、验货后，样品管理员对那些验货之后3-5天没有被及时退后的样品必须做一个特别的清单来自动提醒。
5、按照CLEAR清单上的要求对旧的样品进行合理的分类，以确保很好的控制样品管理费用，合理利用样品存储箱（包括塑料的和纸箱）
6、按照管理层和跟单部的指令对那些旧的样品清除或者捐赠
7、做好验货平台的通讯支持
8、当供应商的货物到货之后，按照装箱单的要求100%的清点货物数量，同时确认现在的数量
9、在平台验货的当天的6点之前，及时准确的完成装箱单

要求：
1、三年样品管理工作经验
2、高中学历以上
3、英语一般（读写能力）
4、电脑水平一般
5、有责任心，能独立的处理事情
6、良好的沟通和交际能力，有恒心

Sample Controller (Dongguan)

Job duties:
1.Check carefully each parcel when receiving and ask for information from customer service assistant if NO or no enough information on samples received.
2.Put hangtag to each sample with clear and enough information on hangtag.
3.Distribute inspection tool, distribute the right articles with right quantity to each inspector in time after receiving the request call or E-mail from inspector.
4.After inspection: sample controller has to send an outstanding list for approval samples which was not returned to office after inspected by setting up automatic alert(3-5 days after inspection)
5.Keep good cost control for samples storing, fully utilize existing storing boxes (including plastic boxes and cartons) by regularly classifying old samples with clear list.
6.Get instruction from management or customer service assistant or which old samples could be cleared for donation.
7.Do corresponding support for inspection at platform.
8.Counting the quantity 100% when cargo delivered as per packing list from supplier and confirm the presented quantity.
9.Compete the packing list accurately on time and send to all persons before 6:00pm at same day of inspection at platform.

Requirements:
1.3 years of working experience in sample management
2. High school degree or above
3. Normal command of English (written / reading ability)
4. Normal knowledge of MS Office;
5. Responsible and can handle matters independently.
6. Good interpersonal & communication skills and follow up matters closely.
