Responsibilities:

• build up after sales team and develop the competence. Drive and develop after sales strategy in line with company business direction
• deal with warranty claim, complains, execute repair and maintenance activities to meet customer satisfaction
• promote and increase the spare parts business
• coordinate with the project team to assign resources to installation at the site, and some service requirement in South-east Asia.
• coordinate with the global after sales network to provide technical support to the site engineer or the customers

Requirements:

• bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• minimum 5 years’ experience of manager role in engineering service
• excellent customer service mentality with ability to quickly build strong relationships
• strong management and communication capability, working under constant pressure, open-minded, dynamic, analytical and good problem solving abilities
• proven success in developing B2B marketing strategies and campaigns
