Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all patent tasks of one or more product divisions of BSH China, including:
1) patent first filings, from acquisition of invention disclosures to granting of patents
2) product clearances and design around
3) provide regular patent information
4) patent enforcement/licensing
5) training R&D engineers
2. Cooperating and communicating with IP department Germany headquarters, IP department of mother companies at China, and external law firms.
Requirements:
1. 3 years’ or more working experience on IP, experiences as an inhouse IP counsel of multinational company is a plus
2. Technical background in electronics/software/communications is required
3. Good communication skills and fluent English are required
4. Chinese patent agent certificate(or passing the examination) is a plus
