-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Product Manager.

Mission of Function:
-Product responsibility for X-Ray systems of Siemens Healthcare which are made in China or worldwide.

What are my responsiblities?
1. Responsibility for market success of products
2. Responsibility for product strategy and contribution to product portfolio planning (close alignment with global Fluoro product management required)
3. Responsibility for product definition and requirement specification: Define product requirements based on market feedback and discussions with engineering
4. Participate in elaboration of specification of system test, planning and implementation of clinical tests
5. Responsibility for product cost analysis and definition of actions to increase product profitability (including pushing of design to cost activities and local sourcing)
6. Elaboration of business plans for products
7. Support product-related marketing and sales activities
8. Collect sales feedback and answer questions from the sales force

What do I need to qualify for the job?
1. Understanding of customer requirements and market drivers in the Chinese X-Ray market
2. Derivation of product requirements from customer needs
3. Elaboration of business plans, conducting of product cost analysis (basic commercial knowledge)
4. Clinical knowledge in the fluoroscopy environment
5. Entrepreneurial spirit and business sense
6. Assertiveness and result-orientation
7. Good communication skills for internal and external communication
8. Fluent English
9. Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment

Professional:
1. Several years experience in product management and marketing, ideally in Chinese medical industry
2. Medical / clinical knowledge in the X-Ray environment and for X-Ray applications desirable
3. Knowledge of the Chinese X-Ray market desirable
4. Experience in working in virtual teams across different locations and countries
5. Working experience in an intercultural environment desirable
