职位描述
-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Process Engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
-Responsible for governance of Change Management in X-ray Product development.
-Work closely with PLM, SCM, QA teams and interface from different departments to ensure release of Change order timely.
-Responsible for the definition, optimization and evaluation of PLM development process to achieve high effectiveness and efficiency.
-Support R&D and project management, data analysis and metrics generation, process improvement, process assessment and monitoring
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Communication and negotiation skill,
-Self-determined and independence,
-Strong sense of responsibility,
-Good documentation management skill
-Multi-tasking capability,
-Inter-culture capability.
Education:
-Bachelor or above, education background in engineering or related
Knowledge / Experience
-2+ years of experience in R&D department, Change management field is preferred
-Good knowledge as Project Management
-Knowledge about SAP & MS Office
-Knowledge about process and process management
-Experience with Medical Product Development is a plus
-Experience in multi-national company is a plus
-English communications (CET-6)
