ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Be responsible for monitoring loading and unloading, shipping, transferring, inner operation on Changchun W/H.
- Be responsible for tracking and traing the course of delivery
- Be responsible for tracking and tracing the full course of the teturn box transportation.
- Be responsible for tracking & tracing, checking POD to meet customer's KPI for POD and make customer satisfaction
- Establish and maintain reports relevant to Changchun DC inbound outbound and transportation.
- Be responsible for dealing with the complaint of customers. Once receiving customer's complaint, report the information and status to manager. At the same time, communicate with OP, sonsignee, carrier and customer to realize the detailed problems and investigate the course of happenings. Send the report to customer according to OP's feedback and call customer to communicate it to make customer satisfaction

JOB RELATED QUALIFICATIONS
-College degree or above
-3 years domestic logistics industry and at least 1 year customer service experience;
- Excellent with MS office, esp. Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Good communication skills, team work.
