职位描述

Key Accountabilities:

1. To assist the store manager/assistant store manager and other members of the team in managing the day-to-day performance of the store by the delivery of the main promises to our guests and team.

2. To provide a fast, efficient and friendly service at ALL times of the day.

3. To know what is expected of you and you will be enabled to deliver it.

4. To be hands-on in the training of all new staffs and be responsible for the sign-off of their records.

5. To provide regular updates to the store manager following shop staffs’ absence.

6. To attend training meetings when required and in turn help to brief shop staffs of new information ensuring that understanding is achieved.

7. To take an active role in your own personal learning and development, e.g. product knowledge through to career development opportunities.

8. From shift briefing through until close, help to manage the team to generate sales and to deliver excellent guest service at all times, in line with brand standards.

9. To have considerable experience and confidence in order to be identified as a product expert.

10. To communicate confidently with all guests and colleagues in an open and friendly manner and handle any guest enquiry to a satisfactory conclusion.

11. To ensure the security of cash, stock, premises and personnel by following all current procedures and through careful observation, action and use of keys.

12. By effective day-to-day management of the schedule.

13. To maintain the schedule of daily, weekly and monthly checklists and reports that exist in the business, ensuring accuracy and instigating any appropriate action.

14. By ensuring all till functions are conducted in an accurate and conscientious manner, be accountable for all financial anomalies recorded during shift responsibility.

15. To respond willingly to any reasonable request that may benefit our guests, our investors and the corporate team.

16. Follow superior’s instruction for any new assignment/projects.

Competences

1. College degree or above, fluent in English in written and oral, familiar with MS Office Software;

大学专科以上学历,流利的英文书写及口语,熟悉电脑OFFICE操作软件。

2. 3 years’ experience in complex retail environment and at least 3 years’ experience in luxury industry;s

三年以上品牌零售工作经验,至少一年以上奢侈品牌的店铺管理工作经验。

3. Sales driven, customer oriented and team leader potential;

出色的销售能力、具备优秀的客户服务理念和良好的团队管理工作经验。

4. Good social and communication skills;

良好的人际及沟通能力;
