职位描述
a) Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility主要职责/责任
1. Application developments with existing commercial coatings and in alignment with Application group in Europe:
To drive for improvements of existing deposition technologies;
To scout for new deposition technologies and investigate feasibilities by leveraging coating properties and equipment settings;
To advise physical properties of coatings for specific deposition methods;
To evaluate optical, mechanical and other performance of samples;
To watch customers and industry needs and advise way forward for deposition and application developments;
To conduct deposition and evaluation reports.
2. Participate in the team that is present at customers trials with commercial available products where and when needed:
To support the implementation of coating deposition in customers by working together with TSE and R&D colleagues;
To prepare relevant samples at customers;
To support customers processing and production.
3. Lab trials:
To prepare samples in lab subject to customers or R&D needs;
Lab trials for new applications of existing coatings by working together with R&D where and when needed.
4. To align application development activities with application development group in Europe and visa versa

1. Judgement on technical issues and come with proposals for improvement
2. Deliver professional technical ideas and options
c) Projects or Special Assignments特别任务
1. Contribute to setting up deposition and application lab in China
Requirements
MSc degree in mechanical engineering or material sciences, and combination of both would be preferred;
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written English).
Experience in multi-national companies;
>3 years of relevant experience in deposition machinery companies or as deposition development role in resin/coating companies.
Diligent and eager to grow in an innovative environment
Self-motivate, accountable, innovative
Team player
Excellent communication and social skills
Affinity with different cultures (European/Dutch)
