Role Summary/Purpose

Technologies at GE Healthcare are cutting edge and the Development Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) plays a key role in the success of the business. This position is responsible for electrical and/or mechanical design of various systems. In addition, the position encompasses high-level concept design, translation of customer requirements to design inputs, development and test, manufacturability and serviceability.

Essential Responsibilities

• Analysis user requirement which acquire from commercial team.
• Design system requirement and system architecture.
• Lead engineer or outsourcing to implement software coding work and review code quality.
• Lead engineer or outsourcing to testing software product.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related computer field.
• At least 6 years of experience on software development work, include 3 year lead software implement experience.

• Familiar with .Net framework (c#) and Java program language.
• Strong capability on network communication technology (TCP/UDP)
• Strong capability on web server technology.
• At least 1 project experience on C/S (client-server) framework program.
• Better with relevant experience of video streaming project
• Good communicate skill and basic SDLC knowledge.

Desired Characteristics

• Knowledge of XMPP protocol
• Knowledge of WebRTC, RTP/ICE
