Role Summary/Purpose

负责化学分析滤纸的具体操作制造，在保证安全作业的前提下，正确操作造纸机和各仪器仪表，不断改进品质，持续地为客户提供优质的产品。

Description: The production associate may have responsibilities including manufacturing, assembly, basic testing, packaging and shipping of products.

Essential Responsibilities

1、学习并掌握各种产品的生产工艺和流程，执行标准化操作规程，认真工作，完成生产任务， 满足客户订单需求；
2、严格执行造纸质量体系，在生产过程中，综合运用统计分析技术、6西格玛等专业工具，加强过程控制，确保产品符合质量要求；
3、自觉遵守劳动纪律和安全操作规程，做到安全生产无事故；同时及时发现和反馈安全隐患，防止安全事故发生；
4、掌握产品检验技能，能熟练的使用实验室各项仪器检测产品并判断产品质量好坏；
5、针对质量波动，能通过流程分析和工艺改进，提出自己的观点和看法，持续提升质量管理水平；
6、认真完成设备的日常维护和巡检要求，正确处理生产中出现的突发问题；
7、需要设备维护时及时联系工程部维修，注意清理工作现场,保持作业现场良好的5S；
8、能通过公司的合理化建议系统，持续的提出个人的合理化建议；
9、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。

• Reads and follows work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed
• Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets
• Maintains daily production output
• Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures
• May participate in quality control inspections
• Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency
• Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams
• Comply with EHS regulations and policies

Qualifications/Requirements

1、大专或本科学历
2、吃苦耐劳，能够胜任倒班
3、掌握计算机系统和基本操作
4、了解造纸原理和造纸流程，熟悉质量要求和检测方法, 能够熟练操作造纸机
5、能承受相应的工作压力

Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
4. Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming & rework documentation requirements and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to it's specification.
5. Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices, as associated with this job type/position
• High School Diploma or local equivalent or 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed
• Demonstrated ability to detail and quality-minded work habits
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership

Desired Characteristics

Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED or local equivalent
• 2 or more years of related manufacturing experience
