针对行业:太阳能,电子等

- SEI General Industry (solar) sales within East China Region for solar industry, lighting application, electrical mobility application.
- Maintaining existing business and build customer relationship.
- Build and manage the distribution network for the applications (solar industry, lighting application and electrical mobility application) in the market segment General industry.
- Maintaining business continuity for customers transplant from US, Europe, Japan and the Asia-Pacific Region in general.
- Focus on local market new business development with liaison of local technician.
- Keep eye on new application development with local technical team.
- Preparation of customer visit report, monthly report, sales rolling forecast and market data base.
- Cooperation with Marketing to provide good market data (MDB and MDP).
- Fulfil and achieve the sales targets in SEI General Industry.


- Minimum 3 years sales experience in solar industry, lighting application or electrical mobility application.
- Fluent in English

? SE sales within south west China Region mainly focus on market segment Electronic and Automotive.

1. Secure and grow the business with existing customers, make sure current business runs smoothly
2. Create new businesses and new customers
3. Develop new markets/ applications for VINNAPAS dispersion in South China
4. Systematically collect, analyze and present market and competitor information to support strategy setting
5. Manage, support and couch the distributor
6. Prepare and implement marketing activities according to market plan
7. Deliver input for sales plan and forecasting
8. Optimize and ensure smooth ordering and logistics concept for our customers

了解压敏胶或者Coating(纺织,涂布等)

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)
1. Manage and grow sales in chemical Industries, including distribution channel and direct customer management;
2. Collect market intelligence in responsible market segments, contribute to business team strategy setting;
3. Closely communicate with related colleagues in regional business teams, KA team, to coordinate all the sales related issues in domestic market;
4. Contribute and propose market development strategy in Greater China to business team, coordinate the resource and implement the market development strategy;

QUALIFICATION/条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

major in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Economy/business management.
Knowledge/Requirement
1. Be familiar with chemical industries, i.e. release agents, defoamers, coatings additives etc;
2. Be familiar with distribution channel in chemical industries and know how to manage;
3. Very strong independent working ability, initiative and self-motivated;
4. Very good communication skills, willing to comuunicate with colleagues, customers and distributors;
5. Excellent oral English, outstanding skill to make presentions to customers;
6. Flexible to go business travel domestically and overseas;
7. Good IT skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook etc).
Experience
1. At least 5-6 year working experience of sales or business development in related industries
2. At least 2-3 year working experience with multinational companies.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

General Responsibilities

- Develop and implement market strategy which is in line with our GC and global strategy
- Achieve the sales targets
- Prioritize business opportunities and focus resources on them
- Make BP1 and BP4
- Identify KA , develop and implement customer development plan for them
- Collect and report competition activities and their strategies
- Market information and database updating to support our strategy setup
- Propose and implement marketing approaches for relevant market segments
- Promptly report new market trends and needs for developing solutions from our R&D
- Actively contribute in influencing authorities, associations and standard setup
- Actively get involved with seminars, trade fairs to enlarge company` influence
