• 根据公司的产品与业务模式，针对互联网的个性化推荐系统提供整体解决方案；
• 利用机器学习算法对用户进行个性化推荐；
• 负责智能算法的开发、优化、升级等工作；
• 编写相关设计文档与标准化资料
  
  职位要求：
• 数学相关专业博士，有互联网推荐系统/推荐引擎相关应用开发经验；
• 熟悉海量数据处理和挖掘的基本算法， 或有高性能科学计算的相关经验；
• 能够独立实现复杂的算法结构；
• 熟悉分布式系统的架构、设计和优化，有Hadoop、Hive等相关工作经验者优先；
• 熟练掌握Java语言、Lucene项目开发，熟悉网络编程和多线程编程；
