Job Summary

The Inbound Supply Manager shall secure short- & long-term material availability in the inbound supply chains between external suppliers, Ericsson Supply Sites & Contract Manufacturing Sites (EMS), ensuring stakeholder fulfillment with R&D, Production Management & Sourcing.

Continually develop & optimize use of time & capital resources, ensuring correct dimensioning & maintenance of inventories throughout the supply chain.

Ensure supply by maintaining the operational supplier relationship & managing supplier escalation.

Responsibilities & Tasks

· Achieve the basic objectives of Production Planning Officer and Material Supply Officer.

· Maintain and develop processes, including internal processes and processes between Order Management (OM) department, Production Center (NPC) and suppliers.

· To be a target driver in assigned area, involve related colleague to achieve target together

· Build up and maintain a high level competence on ERP system, forecast analysis tools, product knowledge, supply chain knowledge and inventory control to ensure efficiently supply capability in high quality

Requirement

· Minimum 3 years planning experience.

· Have excellent knowledge of Ericsson product and supply chain management

· Excellent writing and oral communication in both Chinese and English

· Excellent MS Office and C:M knowledge.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· University degree preferred.
