职位描述
This position is set up to efficiently run the section composed of WCDMA RBS System group, Node I&V PG and MP responsible roles.
Responsibilities
The position has the following responsibilities:
· Form and develop WCDMA RBS Node system capacity in ENC RD.
· Responsible for the functions of RBS System quality assessment, MP Architecture, Node I&V PG, sub-system PG, Innovation driving, etc.
· Responsible for competence development of the roles in this section.
· Coach team members.
· Support the employees on the roles to remove impediments.
· Drive continues improvements and innovation.
· Responsible for recruitment to meet business needs.
· In charge of Comp & Ben, and HR administration for the unit
· Manage people performance, rewards and the unit’s salary structure
· As part of leadership team, contribute to department’s X-responsibilities.
· Develops and manages operation plans and tracks that the stated goals will be fulfilled.
· Defines and documents the section's goals, activities and responsibilities.
· Makes people management for those in this section.
· Co-ordinates and establishes competence development plan for this section.
· Interface towards other Ericsson sites regarding business cooperation, resource share or any other issues.
· Approve the section’s time report.
Requirement of the job
General knowledge
· Minimum a technical degree in Computer science/Electronic engineering/ Telecommunications or equivalent.
· 10+ years of experience of working in the Telecommunication industry.
· Good experience of people performance management.
· Excellent Coaching capabilities.
· Smooth communication by written and oral English.
· Good understanding of company strategies, organizational structure, working methods and procedures
· Strong sense of customer orientation.
Technical/professional competence
Needs to have basic knowledge/concept of the following areas:
· RAN Systems in multiple technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, etc.)
· SW engineering process, tools
· SW testing methods, tools
· Configuration Management
· SW product release
Social competence
· Open minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams of diverse professional and cultural background.
· Very good skills in oral and written communication.
· Well organized, methodical and careful.
· Good leadership and technical managerial skills.
· Strong positive influence on other people.
· Motivates and empowers individuals to take responsibility and develops their skills for the benefit of the business.
