Job ummary

Develop and implement cost efficient, ergonomic and safe Production and Repair Center processes according to production rules. Develop and implement flow efficiency in the production processes

· Make Work Study to optimize standard time, line balance, efficiency and productivity.

· Make out the layout and capacity solution and implement for customer demand.

· Design and maintain the process flow, working instruction and product traceability system.

· Provide process technical support to product industrialization and maintenance.

· Lead or participate in the continuous improvement activities with global ESS/EMS sites.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above of first level University above.

· Major In the area of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering.

· >3 years working experience as IE, ME,PE or related jobs in electronics manufacturing.

· Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.

· Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing.

· Business and management awareness.

· Well organized and structure thinking.

· Initiative and positive personal personality.
