Job Description
1.Communicate with customers directly to evaluate the feasibility, delivery and cost of customer projects.
2.Review of study proposal and reports of customer projects.
3.Inter-departmental communication and collaboration in integrative customer projects.
4.Draft project proposals and study plans of R&D projects. Provide both supervisory and progress reports for R&D projects.
5.Provide scientific and technical instructions for customer projects and R&D projects; Review technical SOPs and provide technical training to staffs.
6.Other tasks in IVV, including but not limited to market analysis and administrative management.

Requirements
1.A Ph.D. degree in biomedical sciences or molecular and cellular biology with expertise in oncology or related fields. Oversea research experiences and biomedical industry working experiences are preferred;
2.The candidate must be bi-lingual (Chinese and English), fluent in both spoken and written languages and competent in business communications.
3.A thorough understanding in cancer pharmacology. Hands-on experiences in animal tumor models, cell biology and molecular biology are required. Experience in animal inflammatory disease models or drug discovery is a plus.
4.Proficiencies in software including Graphpad Prism, FlowJo, Image J, EndNote, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office, etc. Understanding of the standard for the analysis and presentation of data.
