工作职责：
1、全面主持本部门工作计划的制定及组织、实施工作，并且监督执行情况
2、组织和确保公司各项关于保安服务方面的制度、流程在本部门的落实和执行；负责将标准化文件在本部门持续、有效地全面运行，控制本部门不合格服务，制订并实施本部门相应的纠正、预防措施
3、做好与客户的沟通工作，更好地满足客户的各种需求，达到合同约定的服务内容和承诺的服务质量，，并且与客户保持良好的沟通及协调
4、负责本部门的安全生产、员工人身安全和设备安全的管理监督工作；负责日常工作中的环境健康安全（EHS）作业管理，认真执行安全规章制度
任职条件:
1、年龄在30-45，大专以上学历
2、五年以上工作经验，三年以上物业安保行业经验
3、熟悉安保行业规范，善于沟通
