职位描述/Position Description：

制定换包零件包装规范，进行换包零件包装设计；管理包装供应商及其包材交付；建立完善的零部件包装体系，为零部件销售服务。

Responsible to design and define parts packaging solutions, make the packing instruction, in charge of packaging suppliers management and packages delivery, establish parts packaging system for services parts sales.

主要职责/Major Responsibility：

· 制定换包零件包装规范并组织实施，及时完成换包零件包装设计。

Making packaging specification and execute, finish packaging design in time.

· 制定合适的包装标识，完善包装体系。

Making right label and perfect service parts packaging system;

· 制作换包零件包装作业流程，指导零件包装。

Make the manual & process, instruct packing operation.

· 持续优化零件包装，降低包装成本。

Improve parts packaging continually, reduce the packaging cost.

· 解决包装过程中产生的问题。

Review and resolve packaging issues with suppliers, customers.

· 制定包材采购计划; 跟踪包材交付，关注包材交付质量。

Confirm packaging purchase plan, Manage package materials delivered and the quality of packaging materials.

· 管理包装供应商，建立对包装供应商的管理和考核机制。

Build the management mechanism and estimate the packaging suppliers.

· 协调或协助供应团队包装及法规工程师制定售后服务件包装策略，以及协助解决市场/经销商包装有关问题。

Coordinate or assist the supply team packaging and regulations engineers to develop service parts packaging strategy, and help solve the market / dealers packaging problems.

· 负责包装费用的核对等。

Check off packaging payment;

· 更新维护IT系统中的PDC包材信息。

Updating packaging data in IT system;

· 其他上级指定的工作。

Other duties as assigned by supervisor;

任职条件/Qualification：

· 大学本科学历，汽车工程, 物流或相关专业

University graduate, preferably majoring in Automobile or Logistics related;

· 3年以上工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验或备件工作经验优先考虑

More than 3 years working experience, auto industry experience or service parts business

Experience will be considered preferential;

· 英文听说读写流利

Must be proficient in English reading, writing and speech;

· 个人电脑技能

Personal computer skill;

Changan Ford Mazda Automobile Corporation Ltd.
