"Required Professional Skills & Experiences "


(1) 至少6年以上设计院给排水及消防设计经验
Minimum 6 years experience of plumbing and fire protection design in engineering company or design institute.
(2) 拥有注册工程师证书将优先考虑
Owns professional utility engineer certificate will be highly appreciated
(3) 能够适应出差，具备工程现场管理的领导力和执行力
Be flexible for business traveling, has great leadership and capability to manage the construction execution.
(4)积极参与公司的投标，能够熟练用英文阅读图纸及各种资料,用英文表达设计方案；
Proactively participate the tendering events, be able to read the drawings and documents in English and present designs in English.
(5) 拥有良好的沟通能力，维护好工程中的各种沟通渠道
Good communication skills and maintain the communication channels with all parties.
(6) 能够协助项目经理完成项目概预算的审查和文档资料的编辑整理
Be able to assist project manager to review field order, cost estimate and consolidate the construction document package. "

"(1) 熟悉给排水及消防的设计规范和标准；Familiar with plumbing and fire protection engineering design codes & standards;
(2)独立完成工业与民用项目的给排水消防设计、审图；Be able to design the plumbing and fire protection system of industrial and civilian projects.
(3) 具备给排水及消防的系统流程图、P&ID图、设备选型、材料清单汇总的设计能力；Be able to prepare utility flow diagram, P&ID, Equipment Specs, Bulk material take-off of plumbing and fire protection system.
(4) 具备和其他专业对接协调的能力；Be able to coordinate with other disciplines to achieve design objectives.
